Bio

Triathlon has been a huge part of my life for over a decade now and I have gained a wealth of experience through my training, racing and coaching in a variety of high performance environments. 

 

Through years of development and refinement, I know what it takes to achieve high levels of performance. I now want to share this expertise with other athletes who have aspirations of reaching for greater levels of performance within the sport.

 

All the training sessions that I prescribe to my athletes are strongly backed by sport scientists and I aim to specifically target the key physiological determinants linked to triathlon race performance. I believe that tailoring a training programme around the athlete is key, taking into consideration each athletes lifestyle and differing time demands, in order for them to achieve their highest possible level within the sport.

Qualifications & Background

 

  • Current Professional Long Distance GB Triathlete

  • Multiple British Titles & International Podiums

  • Over 10 years of training & racing at the highest level

  • BSc Sports Coaching

  • MSc Strength & Conditioning 

  • BTF Level 2 Coaching Qualification 

  • Three Years as a full-time Multi-sports Coach at Whitgift School

 

 

Pricing 

£90 / month

 

Standard Package 

 

Coaching Plans Include:

  • An initial Athlete Profile Questionnaire to help get a gauge on your current training status, personal goals and lifestyle

 

  • Training Peaks account with weekly training plans catered around your specific lifestyle and performance goals i.e work, university and family

  • S&C and Nutrition Support

 

  • Communication at the end of each week (via Whatsapp or text message) to discuss how your weeks training has gone

 

  • Race Planning (focus on hitting specific race goals)

 

  • Constructive day-to-day feedback on sessions (via Xhale)

 

  • Monthly catch-up via video chat or a group café ride (if you are located around the Cardiff/South Wales or South East England area).
